It’s impossible to know everything about anything. Still, it’s essential to be educated and at least understand what you involve yourself with, especially regarding skincare and chemicals. This is one of the reasons why this blog exists. I don’t just want to sell products; I want to inform you about what products you’re using and why. Additionally, I want you to feel confident in your application process and believe that what you’re doing is benefitting a long-term, holistic goal. I’m no expert, but I’ve taken a fair amount of time to reach, study and learn about skincare, and I will do my best to share that information with you over time.


Today, I’m going to share some facts about skincare that you probably never knew, and if you did, perhaps didn’t abide by, but it’s time to change that. Take action and watch your skin and your life change for the better. Let’s dive in!

Antioxidants are beneficial: Antioxidants such as Vitamin C and E protect the skin from free radical damage and help promote collagen production, which improves skin texture and elasticity.


A healthy diet is essential: What you eat can affect the health of your skin. A balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats can help keep your skin looking healthy and radiant.


Skincare products should be used in the right order: Apply skincare products from lightest to heaviest. Start with cleanser, then toner, followed by serums, moisturizers, and sunscreen.


Sleep is important for skin health: Getting enough sleep is essential for healthy skin. During sleep, the body repairs and regenerates skin cells, leading to a more youthful complexion.

Stress can affect your skin: Stress can lead to inflammation, breakouts, and premature aging. Practice stress-management techniques such as yoga, meditation, or deep breathing to help keep your skin looking its best.
